OUTPATIENT SERVICES

Few medical conditions are as difficult to manage as psychiatric and substance abuse issues. That’s why the caring, confidential support treatment teams of Decatur General West are here to help.

Our dedicated Outpatient Services Program offers confidential psychiatric and substance abuse assessment, referral and/or supportive counseling for adults, adolescents and their families. Qualified psychiatrists and therapists help you learn about and more deeply understand the nature of emotional problems or disorders. From there, we work collaboratively to help you develop the coping skills to confront your issues, and work toward resolving them.

Most often, we help people dealing with the following concerns:

• Depression
• Anger
• Anxiety
• Divorce
• Relationship Trauma
• Alcohol and Drugs
• Family Conflict

The Outpatient Services facility is located in the Professional Building on the Decatur General West campus at 1615 Kathy Lane, SW, Decatur.
